An Unforgettable Day's Wedding Officiant services include getting you and your significant other legally married in the county and state that the ceremony is performed in, exchanging of vows,  signing the marriage license after the ceremony, getting the license filed as soon as possible by me taking it to the probate office myself or mailing it to them, whichever is the fastest and most feasible given the day or if holidays effect the probates office hours and days. Support in finding the location you want, putting you in touch with a coordinator if needed, custom written vows for ceremonies except elopements, telling your story of love, performing any special traditions or symbolisms or customs, and continued future support in getting replaced certificates or proof of legal marriage if needed. 

First of all look up Fannin County Georgia Probate court and go the website, and scroll down to Marriage License, then scroll down to "APPLY ONLINE HERE FOR A MARRIAGE LICENSE (opens in new tab) to start your application process, and within 2 weeks of this you both will need to go to the Fannin County Court house located at 400 West Main St #204, Blue Ridge GA 30513 or call (706) 632-3011 for more information. You will proceed up the steps through the front door, where you will be met by a few members of our Sheriff's Department personnel, you will need to empty your pockets of any metal objects you have and place them in the bin, then proceed through the metal detector, after retrieving your belongings from the bin, turn to your left to the elevators and proceed to the second (2nd) floor, when the elevator stops, proceed to your left through the glass door and continue to the office and through their door into the Probate Office and talk with one of the office staff with your picture identification for both applicants, a divorce decree or death certificate if applicable. Fees for couples with a certificate of pre-marriage counseling only pay $36.00 (this can be accessed from their website for you to take, for couples without a certificate of pre-marriage counseling is $76.00.

Polk County TN has a huge number of awesome places to get married at, and it is massive compared to Fannin County, because it is home to the Mighty Ocoee River where the canoe and kayak slalom Summer Olympic events were held in 1996.  There is only 1 place to obtain your marriage license, Benton TN. Just like with Fannin, you can start your application online by typing in "getting married in Polk County TN" the first result should be "polkgovernment.com" - "Marriage Services - Polk County Government" click on it, you will see "Fill out your Marriage Application Online!' or you can click on "Download the marriage application (to print) if you would like to fill it out on paper, then take the application or have the online information confirmation, to the Polk County Court House, 6239 US-411, Benton, TN 37307 or call (423) 338-4526 for more information, go into the front of the court house and make an immediate right at the 1st office suite 101, they will gladly help you obtain your marriage license to use immediately or use within 30 days, and then they will probably refer you to me or the other officiant they use. The fee is $37.50 with premarital counseling or $97.50 without premarital counseling. 

Yes, absolutely, as a Universal Life Church Minister I can perform all kinds and types of weddings legally in any state that recognizes ULC ministers.  Georgia, Tennessee, North and South Carolinas, Florida, Alabama and many more.

Yes, I most certainly can do that also, in any state that recognizes ULC ministers, or outside of the continental United States, it only requires me performing a ceremony with just the couple in any of the surrounding counties so as to get the license completed and then do another ceremony wherever in the world you choose, my wife and I have our unrestricted passports  

Our wedding officiant service begins with an initial consultation to discuss your vision and needs, then I will go through how to obtain your license if you have not already done so, next we'll figure out the location that will be unforgettable, possible venues, getting you in touch with a coordinator if needed, as most of the advertised wedding venues usually have their own on site coordinator, this person will help you navigate through all the final details to make it the perfect unforgettable day, at some point, hopefully meeting in person to discuss your custom vows, learning about how you met and fell in love and decided to make it official, I will then work on drafting a unique, special, and heartfelt beautiful vows for your unforgettable day which we will go over for your approval prior to the ceremony, if you are doing a wedding that is Traditional/Progressive or Large Formal, I will be attending the rehearsal and us all working through it together, performing the ceremony, signing the license and getting it filed as quickly as possible.
